Binghamton University basketball coach files federal discrimination suit

The basketball coach at Binghamton University will no longer be coaching after the results from an NCAA  investigation and he has announced that he will now be filing a federal discrimination lawsuit. OSHA’s whistleblower program may still need some work

The whistle blower program that was instated by the Occupational Safety Health Administration has recently been audited and some feel that it does not meet standards. The audit that was released found that 80 percent of investigations left whistle blowers in a vulnerable situation with other employees by not conducting interviews or other on-site work. [...]
