Merrill Lynch fined after in disciplinary action over college saving plans

Industry regulators fined Bank of America Corp.’s Merrill Lynch over failures involving college-savings plans. Cosmetic manufacturer settles federal discrimination

A cosmetic manufacturer in Idaho and the research company working with them has announced that they will pay $30,000 to resolve a federal discrimination case.
